Bitney College Prep Charter Council

The Bitney College Prep Charter Council is the governing body for the High School. Go to our downloads section to download a copy of our bylaws (as approved 2007-09-04). Minutes from past Charter Council meetings are available at the school office.

If you'd like to attend a Charter Council meeting...

The Council normally meets at 6:00PM on the second Tuesday of each month. See the school calendar for details. The meetings are open to the public, and the agenda is posted on campus at least 72 hours before each regular meeting.

Members of the public are invited to address the Council at the beginning of each meeting regarding possible issues for future agendas, or to speak to a subject not on the agenda. The Council cannot discuss or take action on non-agendized items, but such items may be agendized for discussion and/or action at a later Council meeting.

Regular Meeting - 6:00PM, Tuesday 14 July 2009

The meeting will take place at the new school site - 135 Joerschke Drive in Grass Valley.
